• Prepare a solution of 1/4th cup white vinegar, dishwasher soap, and water in a spray bottle. Sprinkle the solution on that carpet area. Leave it for 10 minutes, and then blot with a dry towel until the stains are gone

Pet stains

• Clean up the mess and blot the carpet area until it is quite dry
• At times the stains may get dried so, allow it to get moist
• To figure out existing urine stains of your pet, you must use a black light. Once you turn off all the lights, it helps you identify soiled areas on your carpet
• Do not use ammonia based chemicals to clean instead, try different tactics
• To get rid of the odour, prepare a mixture of 1/2 white vinegar and warm water. Sprinkle the solution on that carpet area. Leave it for several minutes and then blot until the stain is gone
• After that area on the carpet is dry, put a handful of baking soda over the soiled area. Pour a mixture of 3% hydrogen peroxide and mild liquid detergent. Let it dissolve, then scrub the area with your fingers or scrubber

Coffee stains

• Let the spot dry after blotting with a dry cloth
• Prepare a solution combining water, vinegar, and Dawn detergent
